IT Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, managing sales cycles, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify customer IT needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
